Speedy Junk Removal & Hauling LLC provides residential and commercial junk removal, hauling, property clean-outs, hot tub removal and moving, furniture removal, appliance removal, loading and unloading assistance, heavy lifting, and related services.

Services are available based on scheduling availability and service area.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where necessary for safety, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of the request.

Final pricing may differ from an estimate if:

• The volume of material differs from the original description.
• Additional labor is required.
• Items require special handling or disposal.
• Accessibility differs from what was originally represented.
• Additional items are added during the appointment.
• Conditions at the property prevent normal removal.

Any material changes in pricing will be discussed with the customer before work continues.

Unless otherwise stated, estimates do not guarantee availability or reserve an appointment.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Customers may cancel or reschedule without charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If our crew arrives and cannot complete the work due to circumstances outside our control—including denied access, unsafe conditions, incorrect address information, or customer absence—we reserve the right to charge a trip or service fee.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods, including major credit or debit cards, cash, and other authorized forms of payment.

Failure to make timely payment may result in:

• Additional collection costs
• Reasonable attorney’s fees where permitted by law
• Interest or late charges as permitted under applicable law

Returned payments may be subject to additional processing fees.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the requested service.
• Ensure reasonable access to the property.
• Secure pets before our arrival.
• Inform us of any hazards before work begins.
• Identify any items that should not be removed.
• Clearly identify property boundaries when applicable.

The customer represents that they own, lease, or otherwise have authority to authorize removal of all items requested for disposal or transport.

Once items have been loaded into our vehicle, they are considered surrendered for disposal, recycling, or donation and generally cannot be retrieved.

6. Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, we do not accept certain materials, including but not limited to:

• Hazardous chemicals
• Paints and solvents
• Fuels
• Oil
• Propane tanks
• Explosives or ammunition
• Fireworks
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Medical waste
• Biohazard materials
• Radioactive materials
• Illegal substances
• Toxic waste
• Any materials prohibited by applicable law

Certain appliances, mattresses, tires, electronics, refrigerants, or regulated materials may be accepted only where permitted and may incur additional disposal fees.

We reserve the right to refuse any item at our sole discretion.

7. Property Access and Safety

Our employees reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to:

• Structural hazards
• Aggressive animals
• Unsafe weather conditions
• Fire hazards
• Hoarding conditions presenting health risks
• Hazardous materials
• Threatening or abusive behavior

Safety of our employees and customers remains our highest priority.

8. Property Damage and Limitation of Liability

We exercise reasonable care while performing our services.

However, customers acknowledge that junk removal often involves moving large, heavy, or awkward items through existing structures and confined spaces.

Accordingly, the Company shall not be responsible for:

• Pre-existing property damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from structural defects
• Damage caused by concealed conditions
• Damage resulting from overloaded shelving or deteriorated furniture
• Minor cosmetic scuffs or marks reasonably incidental to moving large items despite the exercise of reasonable care
• Damage caused by customer instructions contrary to our recommendations

Customers should notify our crew immediately if they have concerns before work begins.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Customer Satisfaction

We strive to provide professional, timely, and courteous service.

If you believe your service was incomplete or unsatisfactory, please contact us within seven (7) days of the service date.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue.
